如何通过Azure CLI启用Azure App Service的公网访问权限

• 控制App Service公网访问开关的参数是--allow-unmatched，对应门户中"允许公网访问"的设置：

  • 设为true：允许未匹配访问规则的流量（即开启公网访问）
  • 设为false：拒绝未匹配访问规则的流量（即关闭公网访问，也就是你当前的状态）

• 执行以下命令将公网访问改为允许：

  az webapp config access-restriction set --name <你的应用服务名称> --resource-group <你的资源组名称> --allow-unmatched true
  

• 修改完成后，可使用az webapp config access-restriction add命令添加新的访问限制规则。
