1. 权限配置调整 #

生产环境中，SharePoint应用池账户需具备以下权限：

• 对wwwroot目录的读写权限，确保能正常写入生成的PDF文件。
• Office COM组件访问权限：
  1. 打开组件服务 -> 计算机 -> 我的电脑 -> DCOM配置。
  2. 找到Microsoft Word 97 - 2003 Document（对应Office 2013），右键选择属性。
  3. 在安全选项卡中，给SharePoint应用池账户分配启动和激活权限、访问权限下的本地启动、本地激活、本地访问权限。
  4. 在身份选项卡，选择交互式用户；若应用池为域账户，也可选择此用户并输入对应账户信息。

2. Office组件环境检查 #

• 确保生产服务器安装完整版Office 2013（不能是Office 365点击运行版，这类版本不支持COM交互），并安装最新Office更新补丁。

4. 字体缺失处理 #

生产服务器若缺少文档使用的字体，会导致导出失败。可采取两种方案：

• 在生产服务器安装文档中用到的所有字体。
