Arm64平台使用Kitware APT源遇问题：无Release文件

执行sudo apt-get update时返回如下错误：

  Certificate verification failed: The certificate is NOT trusted. The received OCSP status response is invalid.  Could not handshake: Error in the certificate verification. [IP: 66.194.253.25 443]

Reading package lists... Done
E: The repository 'https://apt.kitware.com/ubuntu focal Release' does not have a Release file.

按照Kitware官方配置步骤可稳定复现该问题：

• 执行密钥导入命令：

  wget -O - https://apt.kitware.com/keys/kitware-archive-latest.asc 2>/dev/null | gpg --dearmor - | sudo tee /usr/share/keyrings/kitware-archive-keyring.gpg >/dev/null
  

• 添加源配置：

  echo 'deb [signed-by=/usr/share/keyrings/kitware-archive-keyring.gpg] https://apt.kitware.com/ubuntu/ focal main' | sudo tee /etc/apt/sources.list.d/kitware.list >/dev/null
  

• 执行更新命令触发错误：

  sudo apt-get update
  

当前已联系Kitware技术支持，同时在寻找临时解决办法（如跳过安全检查）。
