父类ActivityRuleServiceImpl和子类MyCompanyActivityRuleServiceImpl都标记了@Service，Spring会分别扫描并实例化这两个类，导致ActivityRuleService类型存在两个独立实例：

• 核心库注入ActivityRuleService时可能拿到父类实例
• 上层应用注入MyCompanyActivityRuleService时拿到子类实例
• 父类中的@Scheduled定时任务会在两个实例上各自执行，因此出现每分钟执行两次、间隔仅1毫秒的情况

核心库父类实现类修改 #

移除@Service注解，将其作为子类的基类而非独立可实例化的Bean：
