PHP调用启用/禁用Prestashop8模块后后台显示不一致问题

我正在开发PHP代码，通过请求来激活或停用PrestaShop 8模块。使用模块的enable()和disable()方法后，数据库ps_module表的activate字段已正确修改，但后台模块的启用/停用按钮状态和数据库值不匹配，只有在后台直接点击按钮操作时状态才会同步。常规缓存清理无法解决这个问题。

更新：定位到问题根源 #

测试发现是var/cache/prod/doctrine/目录下的缓存导致修改未生效，必须删除该目录缓存才能让后台识别状态变化。我自己写了清理代码，但想知道有没有更规范的PHP方式清理Doctrine缓存：
