如何解决WSO2 4.2.0中的soap:VersionMismatch错误

我搭建了一个SOAP转REST的API，测试时碰到了soap:VersionMismatch错误。查了不少解决方案，但当前版本里找不到大部分方案提到的「mediator sequence」设置入口。尝试把入站序列加到策略里，完全没效果，连日志都没生成。
