删除MongoDB集合后仍在列表中显示的问题排查

核心问题是Mongoose调用Model.find()时，若目标集合不存在会自动创建该集合。

看你的getAllItems函数，每次循环都会创建Model并执行myModel.find()——哪怕你已经通过Shell或dropCollection删除了集合，这一步触发的Mongoose自动创建逻辑，会让空集合重新生成，导致前端再次看到它。

另外，你的代码每次调用函数都重复连接、关闭数据库，频繁的连接切换不仅加重数据库负担，还可能引发连接状态异常，加剧问题。

1. 复用数据库连接，避免频繁开关 #

先单独封装数据库连接逻辑，让连接复用：
