MaterialAutoCompleteTextView选中下拉项后仍显示错误问题

你仅在提交按钮点击且输入为空时设置了错误提示，但选中下拉选项后，没有触发任何清除错误的逻辑，导致错误提示一直留存。另外，MaterialAutoCompleteTextView 嵌套在 TextInputLayout 中时，直接给前者设置错误不符合Material组件的设计规范，应当通过父容器 TextInputLayout 管理错误状态。

1. 修正提交按钮点击逻辑 #

在输入内容有效时主动清除错误，同时改用 TextInputLayout 来设置/清除错误：

3. 优化布局（可选） #

移除MaterialAutoCompleteTextView的android:focusable="false"属性，否则用户无法通过点击输入框唤起下拉列表（若需求仅允许点击下拉箭头唤起，可保留该属性）。

• TextInputLayout 作为输入容器，负责管理提示、错误状态等视觉表现，直接操作它能保证交互符合Material Design规范。
