WooCommerce中CC-Avenue支付网关折扣计算错误求助

需求：用户选择CC-Avenue支付网关时，给予基于商品不含税基础价的额外2%折扣。
示例：某商品含税总价2599元（含18%税），不含税基础价应为2202.54元，对应2%折扣应为44.05元，但实际计算结果为42.62元。

• 核心逻辑冗余：代码中( $subtotal_excl_tax / $base_price ) * $base_price完全是无效计算，最终结果等于$subtotal_excl_tax，但这段逻辑会引入不必要的精度误差（比如商品元数据存储的_price可能是四舍五入后的值）。
• 提前四舍五入导致精度丢失：循环内对每一项折扣单独round(...,2)，会累加微小的误差，最终导致总折扣偏离正确值。
• 不必要的元数据读取：直接调用get_post_meta获取_price属于冗余操作，WooCommerce购物车项已经提供了准确的不含税小计字段。

直接基于购物车项的官方不含税小计计算折扣，避免冗余逻辑和精度损失，修正后的代码：
