FastAPI通用异常捕获及自定义异常消息实现问题

问题1：通用异常块捕获了所有异常（包括自定义HTTPException） #

原因 #

当前代码中except Exception as e会捕获所有异常类型，包括你在try块中主动抛出的HTTPException，导致所有异常都进入通用处理逻辑。

调整except块的顺序，先专门捕获HTTPException并重新抛出，再处理其他通用异常：

1. 完善自定义异常类（可选，增加状态码属性增强灵活性）：
