Python/CGI/HTML表单空字段提示问题：全空时无警告

当所有字段为空时，代码未触发警告的核心原因是if form:判断条件失效。使用GET方法提交全空表单时，CGI的FieldStorage实例会被判定为空（无任何查询参数），导致整个验证逻辑块被跳过，因此不会显示警告提示。

需要两步调整：

1. 给提交按钮添加name属性 #

修改HTML表单中的提交按钮，增加name="submit"属性，确保点击提交时，即使所有字段为空，请求中也会携带submit参数：

如果不想依赖submit参数，可将表单提交方法改为POST：

POST方法下，即使所有字段为空，FieldStorage实例也会被正确创建，原有的if form:判断会生效，无需修改Python的条件逻辑即可触发全空字段验证。

当所有字段为空时，company_name等变量均为None，all([None, None, None, None])返回False，not all(...)结果为True，因此会执行警告提示代码，符合预期效果。
