Looking at Google's image repository, the most recent Metrics Server image that supports ARM64 is tagged v0.3.6.

Because of this gap between the latest general release and the last available ARM64 build, I'm uncertain whether Metrics Server's ARM64 support is still being actively maintained, or if it's been halted.
