Laravel Eloquent attach问题：中间表外键关联失效+时间字段为空

1. 修复中间表时间戳为空问题 #

Laravel的多对多中间表不会自动维护created_at和updated_at字段，必须手动配置：

• 迁移文件层面：在中间表迁移中明确添加时间戳字段
