方案1：项目级.mvn/jvm.config文件（推荐） #

Maven 3.3.1及以上版本支持项目级的JVM参数配置，无需修改pom或依赖用户本地设置：

1. 在项目根目录创建.mvn文件夹（若不存在）
2. 在该文件夹下新建jvm.config文件，写入需要的系统属性：

   -Dfoo=bar
   

3. 将.mvn文件夹提交至仓库，其他人克隆项目后，执行任何Maven命令时都会自动加载该参数，无需手动在命令行添加-Dfoo=bar。

方案2：通过目标插件的配置传递属性 #

如果你的插件支持在配置中声明系统属性，可以直接在pom.xml的插件节点里添加：
