如何从DLL获取ASP.NET Core 6 MVC中的嵌入式资源文件

问题现象 #

• 当通过添加项目引用引入Project A时，资源链接<link href="/path/css/siter.css" rel="stylesheet" />可以正常访问；
• 当直接添加Project A的dll文件作为引用时，嵌入式资源无法正常访问。

另外，执行以下代码可以获取到所有嵌入式资源的名称列表，但无法实际访问这些资源：
