Azure DevOps：基于条件选择变量模板的正确语法及参数问题

问题出在哪 #

1. 变量大小写不匹配：Azure DevOps 变量名区分大小写，你在vars.yml里定义的是Name: Todd（大写N），但在条件引入模板的参数里写的是${{ variables.name }}（小写n），这会导致参数传递的是未定义的空变量。
2. 阶段变量覆盖/缺失Name：你在Prepare阶段里引入了Templates\${{ variables.SystemShort }}.yml模板，如果这个模板里没定义Name，且阶段未继承根变量的话，阶段作用域内的Name就会是空值，传给PowerShell脚本时就会报参数缺失。

怎么改 #

1. 修正变量大小写 #

把条件模板参数里的小写name改成大写Name，确保引用到正确的变量：

2. 确保阶段能拿到Name变量 #

如果阶段的模板（比如CD.yml）不需要修改Name变量，有两种处理方式：

方式一：让阶段继承根变量

在阶段的变量配置里添加inherit: all，这样根变量里的Name会被继承，不会被覆盖：

如果需要在阶段模板里自定义Name，就在模板中添加参数接收和变量定义，例如CD.yml：

这样根级传递的参数就能在阶段模板里生效。

3. 优化脚本参数传递 #
