Java日期时区转换问题：部分日期无法转为BST时区

我编写了如下Java函数，用于接收字符串类型的日期参数，将其转换为伦敦时区并按指定格式输出，但测试发现部分日期未能显示为BST（夏令时）。

情况1：正常工作 #

• 参数值：2023-03-29T01:20:10Z
• 输出结果：29 Mar 2023 02:20:10 am BST

情况2：不符合预期 #

• 参数值：2023-03-23T14:10:10Z
• 输出结果：23 Mar 2023 02:10:10 pm GMT

原因说明 #

这并不是代码的问题，而是伦敦时区的夏令时规则导致的：

• 伦敦时区（Europe/London）每年会在3月最后一个周日切换到夏令时（BST，比GMT快1小时），在10月最后一个周日切换回标准时间（GMT）。
• 2023年的夏令时启动日期是3月26日，3月23日还处于标准时间阶段，所以输出GMT是符合实际时区规则的；3月29日已经进入夏令时区间，因此显示BST。

如果业务逻辑强制要求无论实际时区规则都显示BST，需要自定义固定偏移的时区（比如ZoneOffset.ofHours(1)），但这种做法不符合真实的时区规范，不建议使用。正确的处理方式是遵循时区的自然切换逻辑，因为这反映了伦敦当地的实际时间标准。
