使用Google Drive API（通过build('drive', 'v3', credentials=creds)）或基于requests的下载脚本时，下载得到的Excel文件是旧版本，无法获取刚在Google Sheets编辑器中添加的新工作表。

复现步骤：

• 在Google Sheets编辑器中打开目标文件
• 添加新工作表
• 执行API或脚本下载操作，多数情况下得到不含新工作表的旧文件

解决方案 #

1. 使用Google Drive API的导出接口 #

不要用普通文件下载接口，改用export_media接口，指定Excel格式的MIME类型，确保从Sheets实时数据生成文件：
