Wpf DataTemplate绑定报错：无法找到目标元素的FrameworkElement，求因

• 当MainWindow中的place1（TextBlock）与App.xaml中的place2（MergedDictionaries）同时存在时，触发错误：Cannot find governing FrameworkElement or FrameworkContentElement for target element
• 当place1或place2其中一个被注释，或两者都注释时，错误消失
• 需排查该现象的触发原因

错误原因 #

这个错误本质是WPF资源加载顺序打乱了DataTemplate内绑定的上下文关联，具体逻辑如下：

1. Freezable对象的绑定限制：RotateTransform属于Freezable类型，它不属于可视化树节点，自身没有绑定上下文，必须依赖所属的FrameworkElement（也就是第二个TextBlock）提供"管辖元素"来完成绑定。
2. 资源字典改变初始化时序：
   • 当App.xaml中存在place2的合并资源字典时，应用会优先加载全局资源，这会提前触发MainWindow中place1的TextBlock的可视化树初始化，导致Button的ContentTemplate在构建时，RotateTransform的绑定无法正确关联到Bar元素——DataTemplate的可视化树还没完全构建完成，绑定找不到对应的管辖元素，于是抛出错误。
   • 当注释place1或place2时，UI初始化回到正常顺序，DataTemplate内的绑定能在可视化树构建完成后找到Bar的上下文，错误自然消失。
3. 绑定的"管辖元素"机制：WPF中，非可视化树的对象（比如Freezable）的绑定必须找到一个管辖的FrameworkElement来锚定上下文，一旦初始化时序被资源加载打乱，这个锚定关系断裂，就会触发找不到管辖元素的错误。
