MacOS Ventura下重启tmux会话后插件仍无法工作求助

问题背景 #

Mac Ventura 13.4系统，通过Homebrew安装tmux 3.3a，克隆仓库安装tpm，已在~/.tmux.conf中添加主题及其他插件，执行prefix + I安装插件无报错，杀死tmux服务器重启会话后，所有插件均未生效。
