使用Vimeo API设置自定义缩略图为活跃状态失败求助

• 通过Vimeo API上传视频并设置自定义缩略图，API返回已将该缩略图设为active状态，但最终生效的却是平台自动生成的缩略图
• 尝试多种实现逻辑，均出现相同情况：自定义缩略图短暂显示为活跃状态，待视频转码完成后，自动生成的缩略图会替换它成为活跃项
• 单独编写代码尝试在视频转码完成后修改缩略图状态，收到如下权限错误响应：
