Firebase Functions部署报错：找不到'plugin'命令，求技术支持

部署Firebase Functions时反复遇到以下错误：

Functions deploy had errors with the following functions:
        holderOnCreate(us-central1)
        messageOnCreate(us-central1)

Error: There was an error deploying functions:
 1. Error Failed to update function messageOnCreate in region us-central1
 2. Error Failed to update function holderOnCreate in region us-central1

已尝试的排查步骤：

• 删除.yarn和node_modules目录，重新执行yarn（或npm install）
• 验证所有文件路径正确且代码无语法错误
• 将所有依赖包更新至最新版本
• 删除本地项目文件，从仓库重新拉取代码后重新部署
• 确认其他同事使用同一仓库代码可正常部署
• 测试其他Firebase项目可正常部署，仅当前项目在本地机器上出现问题
• 检查项目所有文件，未发现缺失的"plugin"相关配置或依赖
• 搜索错误ID e83c667d，未找到相关解决方案

本地环境版本：

• npm: 9.5.1
• yarn: 3.5.1
  注：错误日志中显示使用yarn v1.22.19，不清楚该版本的来源
