问题根源 #

你在MainActivity里搞反了View的初始化逻辑：recyclerView和fabAdd初始为null，却调用它们的findViewById方法，直接触发空指针。正确做法是调用**Activity的findViewById**获取控件实例并赋值给变量。

另外布局存在隐藏问题：垂直方向的LinearLayout中，RecyclerView设为match_parent高度会完全遮挡下方的FloatingActionButton，导致按钮无法显示。

额外提示 #

• 必须确保updateRecycler方法中正确设置RecyclerView的LayoutManager和Adapter，否则即使修复空指针，RecyclerView也不会显示内容。
• layout_alignParentBottom、layout_alignParentEnd是RelativeLayout专属属性，在LinearLayout中无效，改用layout_gravity才能实现FAB的右下角定位。
