无需退出Go应用即可生成CPU性能分析文件

注意事项
- 权限控制:内部接口必须做严格的访问限制,避免被外部恶意调用,泄露应用性能数据
- 并发安全:用互斥锁防止同时触发多次性能分析,避免文件写入冲突
