Use the following rules to format content with Markdown:

Heading Formatting #

• Use number signs (#) at the start of a line to create headings. The number of signs determines the heading level:
  • # for Heading 1 (largest)
  • ## for Heading 2
  • ### for Heading 3, and so on up to ###### for Heading 6 (smallest)

List Items #

• Start each unordered list item with a dash (-). For nested lists, indent the items with spaces:
