部署如下云函数时，出现VPC连接器找不到的错误：

VPC connector projects/my-project/locations/asia-south1/connectors/undefined is not ready yet or does not exist.

但直接使用静态值（如vpcConnector: "my-google-vpc"）时部署正常，且该环境变量在其他云端场景可正常读取。

Firebase CLI部署云函数时，functions.runWith()的配置是在本地CLI执行阶段解析的，而非云端运行阶段。此时云端的环境变量还未加载，process.env.VPC_CONNECTOR在本地部署过程中取不到值，所以会被解析为undefined，导致VPC连接器路径无效。
