问题原因 #

你的代码中customer_history框架的父容器是parent（即Notebook组件），而非CustomerTab内部的self.tab。这导致点击"Customer History"时，customer_history会直接覆盖在Notebook的标签页之上；点击"Back"时，直接对self.tab调用place方法，破坏了Notebook对标签页的管理逻辑，最终导致原标签页消失。
