关于Android Kotlin应用依赖库许可与版权费用的咨询

我用Kotlin开发了一款Android应用，用到了androidx.camera、com.google.android.gms、info.debatty、androidx.core、androidx.appcompat等各类库。我担心这些库是否为开源且免授权费，会不会被谷歌或其他方索要使用费用。由于应用发布后无法从用户手机移除，我必须在发布至Play Store前确认许可及授权费相关事宜。

我已经通过OSS Licenses插件列出了应用第三方依赖的完整许可列表，但检查Kotlin库时，插件返回了不兼容的NPL与GPL许可混合的结果，对此我感到困惑。
