IIS环境下Laravel REST API HTTP状态码被替换为200的求助

我已经花了好几天配置PHP+Laravel开发的REST API，但始终无法让接口返回正确的HTTP状态码（比如401、404、500等）。不管做什么操作，IIS都会把所有状态码替换成200。我已经在web.config里加了<httpErrors existingResponse="PassThrough" />配置，但问题还是没解决。

我的web.config完整内容如下：

注：该应用在Apache或Nginx环境下运行完全正常，IIS版本为8.5。

试试以下几个额外配置步骤：

• 添加FastCGI环境变量
  在IIS站点的「FastCGI设置」中，选中你的PHP应用池，点击「编辑」，在「环境变量」列表里新增：
  变量名：REDIRECT_STATUS，变量值：200
  这个配置能让IIS正确识别PHP返回的状态码，避免被强制替换为200。

• 增强web.config的协议与重写配置
  在<system.webServer>节点下添加<httpProtocol>配置，强制IIS保留响应头；同时完善重写规则的参数：
