WPF MultiBinding不重新评估集合首个元素的原因排查

问题现象 #

在WPF开发中，使用MultiBinding配合转换器绑定RadioButton的IsChecked属性时，集合内4个元素中其余元素表现正常：点击单选按钮可选中，再次点击因评估结果正确无变化。但仅集合首个元素存在异常：点击已选中的单选按钮时，Section属性未被获取（已通过断点验证），导致相等判断失败，单选按钮被取消选中。

异常触发逻辑 #

点击其他单选按钮（如B），所有单选按钮（A、C、D）会被重新评估，再评估被点击的按钮；但点击首个单选按钮时，其他按钮评估完成后，首个按钮未被评估，导致其被取消选中。

原因分析 #

1. RadioButton组的默认行为：当点击已选中的RadioButton时，WPF会先取消该按钮的选中状态，再尝试重新选中它，这个过程会触发IsChecked的绑定更新。
2. MultiBinding的更新规则：MultiBinding仅在绑定的源属性触发PropertyChanged通知时，才会重新调用转换器评估结果。
3. CurrentSectionIndex setter的逻辑缺陷：
   • 当点击首个已选中的按钮时，传入的value与_currentSectionIndex值相同，原代码中的相等判断会直接退出setter，既不会触发CurrentSectionIndex的PropertyChanged通知，也不会执行后续的CurrentViewModel赋值。
   • 由于CurrentSectionIndex未触发PropertyChanged，WPF认为MultiBinding的源未发生变化，无需重新评估首个按钮的IsChecked绑定，导致它停留在取消选中的状态。
4. 首个元素的特殊处理：WPF对RadioButton组的首个元素存在更新顺序差异，点击其他已选中按钮时，WPF会完整执行所有按钮的绑定评估；但点击首个按钮时，在其他按钮评估完成后，因源属性无变化，会跳过首个按钮的绑定重新评估。

额外优化建议 #

转换器中的int.TryParse(values[1].ToString(), out _section)属于冗余逻辑，因为Section本身是int类型，绑定传递的values[1]必然是int，可以直接强转，简化代码：
