方法一：手动绑定raw.githubusercontent.com的IP到hosts #

• 查询可用IP：在WSL终端执行nslookup raw.githubusercontent.com，记录返回的其中一个IP地址（也可在Windows命令行执行该命令获取）
• 编辑hosts文件：执行sudo nano /etc/hosts
• 在文件末尾添加一行：[获取到的IP] raw.githubusercontent.com（例如185.199.108.133 raw.githubusercontent.com）
