解决Docassemble中Combobox作为国家字段时无法触发background_response()的问题

问题根源

当国家字段使用combobox类型时，其事件触发逻辑和普通下拉框（select）、单选框（radio）存在差异：combobox本质是带下拉候选的输入框，默认可能不会在值变化时触发标准的change事件，或是因为初始状态就带有默认值，导致background_response()的触发条件未被激活。

解决方案

手动绑定触发事件：在模板中为国家combobox添加自定义事件监听，强制触发background_response()。可通过jQuery实现，示例代码如下：
```
$(document).on('input change', '[name="your_country_field_name"]', function() {
  background_response('your_background_response_target');
});
```
替换your_country_field_name为国家字段的实际名称，your_background_response_target为你指定的响应目标标识。
初始化时强制更新：如果combobox带有默认值，在页面加载完成后主动触发一次更新，确保州列表初始状态就正确渲染：
```
$(document).ready(function() {
  background_response('your_background_response_target');
});
```
检查字段配置：确保国家combobox的refresh属性设置正确，在字段定义中添加refresh: true，让组件感知值变化并触发响应：

fields:
  - 国家: country

```
升级Docassemble版本：部分旧版本存在combobox与background_response()的兼容性问题，升级到最新稳定版可解决此类已知bug。
