问题3：每次启动重复执行授权流程的原因 #

• UNKNOWN状态：表示当前无法确定用户的授权状态（比如网络未请求完成、首次启动未获取到信息），此时不能初始化AdMob SDK或加载广告，可等待授权信息更新完成，或延迟后重新发起requestConsentInfoUpdate请求
• onConsentInfoUpdateFailure处理：根据错误类型对应处理：
  • 网络错误：延迟3-5秒后重试请求
  • 其他错误：可默认初始化SDK并请求非个性化广告（需在AdMob控制台提前配置），或提示用户授权失败
