LexV2接收精准表述时无法切换意图的问题排查请求

问题描述 #

我是LexV2新手，已在Lex控制台构建并测试机器人，运行正常。但使用AWS SDK for .NET（C#）调用时出现问题：输入TrackOrder意图的精准表述时，机器人仅重复WelcomeIntent的消息。

问题原因 #

核心问题出在初始化会话时的SessionState配置错误：

• 你将WelcomeIntent的State设为"Fulfilled"，同时DialogAction.Type设为"Delegate"，这会让Lex判定当前会话已处于WelcomeIntent的完成状态，后续用户输入会被限制在该会话上下文内，无法触发新的意图匹配。
• 手动指定已完成的Intent是多余的，Lex会自动处理会话启动逻辑，包括触发WelcomeIntent。

修复方案 #

方案1：简化初始化请求（推荐） #

移除手动设置的SessionStateValue和空Messages，让Lex自动初始化会话：

这样Lex会自动触发WelcomeIntent并返回对应消息，同时会话状态会正确初始化，后续输入可正常匹配TrackOrder等其他意图。

方案2：修正手动SessionState配置（若必须手动设置） #

如果需要手动初始化会话状态，需调整Intent的State和DialogAction.Type：

因为WelcomeIntent是直接返回结束消息，无需委托对话框处理，所以DialogAction.Type设为"Close"更合理，同时避免将Intent设为已完成状态。

额外验证点 #

• 确认TrackOrder意图已包含在SDK调用的Bot Alias对应的版本中（控制台测试正常不代表Alias版本已更新）。
• 检查LocaleId与控制台配置的意图表述区域一致（当前使用en_GB，需确保意图的训练短语是针对该区域设置的）。
