如何在Shopware中按规则自动切换购物车配送服务商

先排查可用性规则的常见错误点 #

• 确认规则条件逻辑准确性
  为两个配送服务商分别创建对应规则：

  • Express配送：添加条件「购物车总金额」→「小于」→ 500 EUR，重点核对货币单位是否匹配，以及是否勾选了与店铺计价逻辑一致的「包含/排除税额」选项。
  • DHL配送：添加条件「购物车总金额」→「大于」→ 500 EUR，同样确认货币和税额选项。

• 检查规则启用与绑定状态
  规则创建后必须点击「启用」，且在配送服务商的设置页面，确保将对应规则绑定到「可用性规则」字段，而非其他规则类型（如促销规则）。

• 清除Shopware缓存
  规则变更后需清空缓存才会生效，后台依次进入「设置」→「系统」→「缓存管理」，清空所有缓存（含配置缓存、规则缓存）。

• 排查规则冲突
  若配送服务商绑定了多个可用性规则，需满足所有条件才会生效，检查是否存在区域限制、产品类型限制等与金额条件冲突的规则，导致触发失败。

若规则仍不生效，用自定义代码实现（Shopware 6为例） #

如果后台规则始终无法满足需求，可通过监听购物车变更事件强制切换配送方式：

2. 在插件的services.xml中注册订阅：

3. 替换代码中的配送方式技术名称，安装插件并清空缓存即可生效。

• 多货币店铺需在代码中增加货币判断逻辑，避免金额判断出错。
• 测试时清空购物车重新添加商品，确保购物车变更事件正常触发。
