浏览器无法自动刷新Excel导出的.htm文件问题求助

我用PHP页面通过iframe展示Excel导出的bulletin3.htm文件，但每次Excel更新该文件后，浏览器必须手动按Ctrl+F5才能看到新内容。已经添加了禁用缓存的meta标签、PHP响应头，还设置了页面10秒自动刷新，问题依然存在。

解决办法 #

问题核心是iframe加载的bulletin3.htm文件被浏览器缓存——即使主页面刷新，只要iframe的src地址不变，浏览器就会复用缓存的文件。以下是两种有效解决方式：

1. 给iframe的src添加随机参数 #

修改iframe的src，在文件名后拼接当前时间戳，让每次请求的URL唯一，强制浏览器重新加载文件：

每次页面刷新时，t参数的值都是当前时间，浏览器会判定为新请求，从而拉取最新的bulletin3.htm。

补充说明 #

之前添加的meta标签和PHP响应头仅作用于当前PHP页面，对iframe加载的bulletin3.htm无效——因为该htm文件是独立请求的，浏览器会按自身缓存策略处理。添加随机参数是最直接的强制刷新手段。
