GCP部署的Django API出现地域相关SSL版本错误求助

我遇到过最奇怪的问题之一：在美国使用Postman调用https://conferencecaptioning.uk.r.appspot.com/getAllRoomInfo/这个GET API时可正常获取所需JSON，但在加拿大（使用同一电脑）调用时却出现如下错误：

无需Postman，直接在浏览器访问该URL也能看到响应差异。该API部署在GCP（Google Cloud Platform），采用Python Django框架，未设置自定义IP地址限制。我已查阅多个相关错误解决方案，但均无效，不知该从何处排查。
