使用handle查询好友帖子遇Mongoose CastError，求解决方案

问题根源 #

当前代码要实现查询作者handle在用户好友数组中的帖子并按时间倒序排列，但运行时触发CastError，原因是：Mongoose的populate默认会用关联模型的_id字段做匹配，而你的代码中Post的author字段、Profile的friends数组存的都是字符串类型的handle，不是MongoDB的ObjectId，所以populate时会尝试把handle字符串强制转为ObjectId，导致类型转换失败。

解决方案 #

1. 修正控制器的populate逻辑 #

在populate配置中明确指定关联字段，告诉Mongoose用handle而非默认的_id做匹配：
