R中ggplot2与interactions包安装及更新故障求助

想要使用ggplot2和interactions包，先安装了interactions，之后安装ggplot2时提示版本过低。多次尝试更新ggplot2失败后卸载重装，现在既无法重装ggplot2，interactions也无法正常使用。

已尝试操作 #

• 安装了Rtools，但仍提示需要Rtools；
• 尝试更新rlang，但更新后仍显示旧版本，因之前卸载ggplot2的问题，不敢卸载rlang。

1. 修复Rtools识别问题 #

确保安装的Rtools版本与R 4.0.5匹配，安装后配置系统环境变量：

• 找到Rtools的usr\bin和mingw64\bin路径（默认如C:\Rtools40\usr\bin、C:\Rtools40\mingw64\bin）；
• 将这两个路径添加到系统环境变量PATH中，且放在其他路径之前；
• 重启R/RStudio后，运行Sys.which("make")验证，返回Rtools下的make.exe路径即为配置成功。

2. 强制更新冲突依赖包 #

关闭所有R/RStudio实例，以管理员身份重新打开，执行以下命令：

remove.packages(c("rlang", "lifecycle", "cli", "vctrs", "ggplot2", "interactions"))

# 优先安装二进制版本的依赖包
install.packages(c("rlang", "lifecycle", "cli", "vctrs"), type = "binary")

若需编译源码，确保Rtools配置正确后，将type = "binary"改为type = "source"。

3. 降级ggplot2适配R版本 #

若最新版ggplot2与R 4.0.5兼容性差，可安装适配的稳定旧版本：
