当频道移回UYGUN_KANALLAR_KATEGORISI_ID对应分类并重新启用时，频繁遭遇API速率限制，即使添加等待时间也无法解决，求可行方案。

可行解决方案 #

1. 合并多次API调用

原代码中修改频道名称和分类是两次独立的API请求，这会加倍消耗请求额度。将两次edit()调用合并为一次，直接减少一半的请求量。

2. 跳过不必要的编辑操作

在发起编辑请求前，先检查频道当前的名称或分类是否已经符合目标状态，避免无意义的重复调用。

3. 保留Discord.py内置限流重试

Discord.py默认会自动处理429限流重试，确保代码未禁用该功能（默认开启）。

核心优化点 #

• 将原本两次独立的频道编辑请求合并为一次，直接减少API调用次数
• 增加状态检查逻辑，彻底避免无效的重复请求
• 保留库的自动重试机制，应对突发的限流情况

如果仍存在限流问题，可以在高频操作处添加短时间的asyncio.sleep()，但优先采用上述方案从根源减少请求量。
