广播NewOrder事件后JSON响应未返回，请求排查代码问题

商店控制器的store方法预期执行流程：创建新订单→保存至数据库→广播NewOrder事件→返回JSON响应，但实际仅能完成其中一项操作，无法全部执行。

1. 队列配置异常导致广播阻塞 #

ShouldBroadcast接口默认将广播任务放入队列执行，如果队列未正常运行，广播会阻塞流程或直接失败，导致后续响应无法返回。

• 开发环境临时修改.env配置，改用同步队列驱动：QUEUE_CONNECTION=sync，避免队列未启动的问题
• 若使用redis/database等队列驱动，必须启动队列worker：执行php artisan queue:work命令
• 同步驱动下验证广播正常后，再根据生产需求切换队列配置

2. 订单保存失败无反馈 #

$order->save()返回false时，方法没有任何返回，前端会一直等待请求超时，看起来像是只执行了部分操作。

• 补充else分支，返回明确的错误响应，同时方便排查问题：

3. 模型序列化错误中断广播 #

直接广播完整的Order模型，可能包含无法序列化的字段（如关联模型、隐藏属性），导致广播失败。

• 取消注释broadcastWith方法，只返回需要广播的字段：

• 先移除->toOthers()，测试广播是否正常发送：
