问题根源

循环绑定点击事件时，所有点击事件共享同一个starPosition变量，循环结束后该变量固定为最后一次循环的索引值（4，对应5星），导致任何星星点击都触发5星逻辑。这是闭包捕获循环变量的典型陷阱。

修复方案

方案1：Kotlin局部变量捕获

在循环内部创建局部变量保存当前索引，确保每个点击事件捕获独立的变量副本：

val stars = listOf(starIv1, starIv2, starIv3, starIv4, starIv5)
for (starPosition in stars.indices) {
    val currentIndex = starPosition
