TopSpeed ODBC Driver+SSIS+SQL Server 2019：验证后ETL包立即自行取消

我们工厂在用一套基于TPS数据库文件的老旧ERP系统，数据传输得靠TopSpeed ODBC驱动。我已经在本地演示数据仓库里建好临时表，针对一个2行6列的小型非空RMA信息表做的SSIS ETL包跑得飞快，TPS数据源和SQL Server目标端的数据完全对得上。但换成182行10列的稍大表时，包在验证阶段结束后直接自行取消，ODBC Source工具的黄色加载圈一直转动，Visual Studio没有抛出任何警告或错误。我使用的是TopSpeed驱动开发版，仅在调用时会弹出启动画面，未发现其他功能限制。
