RStudio中install_github执行卡顿无响应的问题求助

在RStudio中运行install_github("yonghah/esri2sf")时，系统提示有可更新的包，选择「All（全部更新）」后，终端列出存在较新二进制版本的包，但之后无光标返回，无法进行任何操作，程序卡住无法结束。

问题成因 #

• RStudio交互式终端在处理包更新的二次确认时出现逻辑阻塞：当部分包存在二进制版和源码版版本差异时，devtools的交互提示未正确触发下一步输入，导致终端无响应。
• 部分需要编译的包（如Rcpp）缺少编译环境：Windows系统默认没有R编译工具（Rtools），尝试编译源码包时会卡住，无报错提示。
• 后台进程异常：网络问题导致源码包下载超时，或包依赖关系冲突引发进程挂起。

解决方法 #

• 提前批量更新包：先运行update.packages(ask = FALSE)自动更新所有包（默认优先安装二进制包，避免编译问题），完成后再执行install_github("yonghah/esri2sf")。
• 跳过更新直接安装目标包：在安装命令中添加upgrade = "never"参数，即devtools::install_github("yonghah/esri2sf", upgrade = "never")，直接跳过包更新提示。
• 强制安装二进制包：手动指定安装二进制版本的更新包，运行install.packages(c("vctrs", "Rcpp", "cpp11", "jsonlite", "curl"), type = "binary")，完成后再安装目标包。
• 安装编译工具（若需源码编译）：Windows用户安装Rtools并配置环境变量，确保支持C++/C代码编译，之后重试更新操作。
• 重启RStudio重试：临时终端阻塞可通过重启RStudio解决，之后重新执行安装命令。
