删除CTkEntry组件时为何组件字典未更新？

问题根源 #

你在delete()函数里只调用了grid_remove()隐藏了行内的UI组件，但没有从_entry、_entry1等存储组件的字典中移除对应的键值对，所以打印_entry时会发现字典内容没有变化。

修复步骤 #

在删除行的逻辑中，添加del语句移除各个字典中对应行的条目：

关键说明 #

• 对于_entry字典，因为每行有多个列的条目，需要循环遍历该行的所有列索引逐一删除
• 对于_entry1到_entry4，每行只存一个组件，取该行最后一列的索引即可找到对应条目（和初始化时的赋值逻辑匹配）
• 执行del操作后，字典中对应行的条目会被彻底移除，打印_entry就能看到字典内容已更新
