MacOS中Pre-Commit执行报错，需sudo才能运行的权限问题

• 在MacOS上开发Python项目，通过pip install pre-commit和pre-commit install完成安装
• 执行pre-commit run --all-files或提交代码时，触发错误：

  An unexpected error has occurred: OperationalError: unable to open database file
  Failed to write to log at /Users/user11/.cache/pre-commit/pre-commit.log

• 使用sudo pre-commit run --all-files可正常运行
• 已尝试为/Library/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/3.11/lib/python3.11/site-packages/pre-commit/*和/Users/user11/.cache/pre-commit/*添加ug+x权限，问题未解决

解决步骤 #

1. 修复缓存目录的所有权与完整权限 #

普通用户缺少对~/.cache/pre-commit的读写权限是核心问题，仅添加执行权限不够。执行以下命令：

sudo chown -R user11:staff /Users/user11/.cache/pre-commit
chmod -R u+rwx,g+rwx /Users/user11/.cache/pre-commit

执行后重新尝试pre-commit run --all-files。

2. 改用用户级安装pre-commit（推荐） #

全局Python包的权限问题容易引发此类错误，优先使用用户级安装：

pip uninstall pre-commit
pip install --user pre-commit

将用户Python的bin目录加入系统PATH（适配zsh终端，bash终端替换为~/.bash_profile）：

echo 'export PATH="/Users/user11/Library/Python/3.11/bin:$PATH"' >> ~/.zshrc
source ~/.zshrc

最后重新执行pre-commit install初始化。

3. 清空缓存目录后重试 #

4. 修复全局Python目录权限（可选） #

如果必须使用全局Python安装，确保当前用户对Python目录有读写权限：

sudo chown -R user11:staff /Library/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/3.11
