Selenium PageFactory报错：成员'WebElement'类型不符合IWebElement/IList<IWebElement>

• 移除所有Thread.Sleep，改用WebDriverWait显式等待，提升测试稳定性
• 单选按钮遍历改用foreach循环，代码更简洁
• 字符串比较添加StringComparison.OrdinalIgnoreCase，避免大小写匹配问题
• 为单选按钮列表添加加载等待，确保元素存在后再执行操作

3. 可选：缩小单选按钮定位范围 #

如果页面存在其他无关单选按钮，建议结合父容器限制定位范围，避免误定位：
