Azure函数配置正确host.json仍抛出ExternalStartupException

问题原因分析 #

• 部署或缓存未更新：部署过程中host.json可能未被正确上传至Azure，或者本地运行环境保留了旧的扩展包缓存，导致系统仍加载1.8.1版本而非配置指定的3.x版本。
• 运行时版本不兼容：host.json中的version: 2.0对应Azure函数运行时2.x版本，但扩展包3.x系列仅支持运行时4.x。这种不兼容会导致系统自动降级使用旧版本的扩展包，触发版本校验错误。
• 配置被覆盖：存在其他配置源（如local.settings.json中的环境变量、Azure门户的应用设置）覆盖了host.json的extensionBundle配置，强制使用了1.8.1版本。
• 依赖冲突：项目中某个NuGet包依赖了旧版本的扩展包，在构建或运行时优先加载了该旧版本，与配置的新版本产生冲突。
