Flutter选中时间显示错误（差8小时）的非toUtc解决方案咨询

问题根源 #

你选中的时间字符串带Z后缀（比如08:00:00.000Z），DateTime.parse会把这类字符串解析为UTC时间。但后续用DateTime.fromMillisecondsSinceEpoch转换回时间时，默认使用本地时区（东八区就会差8小时），导致显示的时间和实际选择的错位。

除toUtc外的解决办法 #

1. 移除时间字符串的Z标记，强制解析为本地时间

直接去掉选中时间里的Z，让DateTime.parse把字符串当作本地时间处理，这样生成的时间戳和显示时区一致。

修改onPressed中构造时间字符串的代码：

在timestampToDate方法中，格式化时间时强制使用UTC时区（和解析时的时区统一），虽然思路和toUtc接近，但写法不同：

修改timestampToDate的type=1分支：

效果验证 #

上述三种方案都能让选择的时间和显示时间一致：选择上午8点，显示的也会是上午8点，不会再出现8小时的偏差。
