使用findByIdAndUpdate+$set无法更新用户，req.body为空求排查

调用PUT接口后收到200响应，但用户数据并未更新。该接口通过token匹配用户ID进行鉴权，更新密码时会使用bcrypt进行哈希处理。经排查发现req.body返回空对象，推测这是更新失败的直接原因，想请教为何会出现这种情况？

req.body为空是导致数据未更新的核心原因，常见诱因及解决办法如下：

• 未配置请求体解析中间件
  Express框架默认不会自动解析JSON或表单格式的请求体，必须在项目入口文件（如app.js）中手动添加解析中间件：

  若缺少这些中间件，服务器无法读取请求中的数据，req.body自然为空。

  • 发送JSON数据时，Content-Type需设为application/json
  • 发送表单数据时，Content-Type需设为application/x-www-form-urlencoded
    头信息与数据格式不匹配会导致解析中间件无法正常工作，最终req.body为空。

• 请求数据格式错误
  如果发送的JSON数据存在语法错误（比如引号未闭合、逗号缺失），解析中间件会解析失败，导致req.body为空。可以用Postman、Axios等工具验证请求数据的格式是否正确。

• 中间件加载顺序错误
  确保请求体解析中间件的加载顺序在所有路由和鉴权中间件（如verify）之前。如果解析中间件在路由之后加载，路由处理时还未解析请求体，req.body也会是空对象。
